Amanda N. Liskamm

Ms. Liskamm is the President of Beckett. She previously served as a Senior Executive serving in the Department of Justice for almost two decades. In her role as Director of the Consumer Protection Branch, Ms. Liskamm oversaw the Branch’s criminal and civil enforcement efforts related to consumer health, safety, economic security and identity integrity. This includes areas of enforcement such as complex consumer fraud, data privacy, pharmaceutical and medical devices, opioids, food safety, consumer product safety, transportation safety, and tobacco products. Ms. Liskamm routinely worked with U.S Attorney's Offices around the country as well as regulatory and law enforcement agencies like the FDA, FTC, DOT, CPSC, DEA and FBI.
Ms. Liskamm previously served in several leadership roles throughout the Department including as Associate Deputy Attorney General and the Director of Opioid Enforcement and Prevention Efforts in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, Chief of Staff at the Drug Enforcement Administration, and as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division. Ms. Liskamm was also the lead prosecutor for the Criminal Division in the trial and conviction of U.S. v. Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel.
Ms. Liskamm began her career with the Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California. Before joining the Department of Justice, Ms. Liskamm was an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
